Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer shipping to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and select international destinations. Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): £4.99
- FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £50.00
- Express Delivery (1-2 business days): £6.99
🇪🇺 European Union:
- Standard International Delivery (5-10 business days): £14.99
🌍 International (Rest of World):
- Standard International Delivery (7-14 business days): £23.99

*Note: We have slightly adjusted the international delivery estimates to 7-14 days to account for potential customs processing delays, ensuring realistic expectations for our global customers.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LittleBotics Kids is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. For shipments outside the United Kingdom (including the EU and other international destinations), all fees imposed during or after shipping (customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees) are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order to understand any potential additional costs.

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
